Doug has been riding since he was 8 years old. CHA Certified, English, Western and Jumping. He is the current owner of Hammersmith Farms and is a licensed instructor in Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is the Massachusetts Farm Bureau Equine representative for the Cape and Islands.
Ron Whitaker
Vice President
Ron is a retired master auto tech servicing all of the equipment at Hammersmith Farms. He grew up on a farm and is passionate about animals. In addition, Ron has much experience in management and enjoys organizing and giving back.
Sarah Eaton
Marketing Manager
Sarah has been enjoying trail rides on horses since she was a kid. Started taking formal riding lessons in 2021 with Doug at Hammersmith Farms. Sarah has a background in website design and public relations from when she worked at the CT Humane Society.
Linda Titus
Administrator
Linda Titus has been riding for most of her life. Her passion is riding along the Colorado river once a year. She brings a wealth of administrative skills to the organization.

Dana Pantano
DVM
Dr. Dana M. Pantano, D.M.V. is the owner and brains behind Black Pond Veterinary Service, though a brilliant support team is what keeps things running smoothly. In 1998, Dana founded BPVS in her hometown of Norwell, Mass., where she now lives with her husband Ed and their two sons, Joshua and Samuel, five horses (Dyna, Skip, Harley, Cajun and Geronimo), a cat named Gromit, a dog named Lilo and a variety of other smaller pets.
